CRC volunteers are working with ShoreRivers to test bacteria levels at two sites in the Corsica, at the Town Wharf and at the Corsica River Sailing Center. Results are posted every Friday at theswimguide.org Results from the week of June 7th show elevated bacteria levels at both sites. Heavy rainfall also increases polluted run off so the recent weather is likely to have worsened those results. Exercise caution when coming into contact with river water until the condition improves.
